NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, The City of Socorro will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing concerns the applicant is seeking a Restaurant A (Beer and Wine) Liquor License with on-premises consumption. The Director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division has granted preliminary approval for the referenced application.
The name of the applicant is Desert Diamond NM, LLC doing business as Desert Diamond located at 602 State Highway 85, Socorro, NM 87801.
