The County & City of Socorro, along with other local entities, are coordinating resources to assist with Ruidoso evacuees of the Salt & South Fork Fires.
If you have donations of good, used, wearable clothing & shoes. Those donations can be made through the Donations and Information Coordinator, Kendra Burgoon at (575) 842-9579.

Evacuee shelter will be set up at Finley Gym on June 18, 2024 opening at 1pm. The shelter is located at 202 McCutcheon Avenue, Socorro NM 87823. Food, Water, cots, & hygiene products can be accessed at this site.
The City of Socorro Sports & Rodeo Complex can accommodate large animal holding and has RV sites available.

Site for clothing dissemination is to-be-determined, Socorro County and it’s coordinating organizations will post the location when it has been designated.
